Welcome To Maple Crest

The Retreat At Maple Crest is an attractive and conveniently located community of 141 town-home residences in 33 multi-unit buildings, a private community swimming pool, a spacious green space at the center of the neighborhood, and a walking and bike path adjacent to the west side of our neighborhood. Located in south Overland Park at 159th & 69 Highway, our community is served by the award-winning Blue Valley Schools System, convenient shopping and dining, a newly opened hospital, emergency room and doctors offices operated by AdventHealth, new Police and Fire Station, and future sports complex, theater and hotel, all in the spectacular Bluhawk mixed-use commercial, and community activities venue, currently under development across 69 Hwy.

The Homes Association (HOA) provides grounds care & maintenance, irrigation, snow removal, water/wastewater utilities, trash services, private street repairs, periodic exterior painting, roof & gutter repairs for all units.  Not everything is a HOA maintenance-provided item and care should be taken to read and understand the constituent documents of the association.

Monthly association dues for 2024 are $360 per month due the first of every month.  In addition, there is also a $350 special assessment for 2024, payable in two $175 installments.  The first installment is billed April 1st and due April 30th.  The second installment is billed September 1st and due September 30th.   This assessment is earmarked for deferred maintenance items such as building painting.

In addition, while a unit owner is permitted to rent out a unit they own, there are regulations and limitations that must be followed in order to do so and remain in good standing.  (For example: No short-term rentals, partial rentals, Airbnb, hostel or corporate housing of any kind.)
